The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of a company’s functional areas, also allowing for specialization in a particular area. BBA programs expose students to a variety of “core subjects” like accounting, human resource management, marketing, financial management, etc. The degree also helps in developing managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability. Many programs therefore include training and practical experience, in the form of case projects, presentations, internships, industrial visits, and interaction with experts from the industry.
